The industry unit offers intelligent solutions for CNC turning and milling machining. The EMCO product range extends from conventional lathes and milling machines to CNC turning centers, vertical machining centers, to high-speed milling and boring machine centers. The area of automation – customer-specific solutions to further increase productivity – developed into an economically attractive business area of the Hallein site.
EMCO Industrial Training represents the second pillar of the EMCO business strategy. As the global market leader, EMCO has dominated this field for more than 40 years. Educational and training facilities all over the world rely on EMCO Industrial Training.
In line with rapid technical advances, requirements concerning the qualifications of employees are also continuously being raised. With its competence and many years of experience, EMCO offers its customers modular training concepts based on state-of-the-art technology and industrial requirements under the motto "From industry for industry". The product range extends from concept machines (turning and milling), which meet industrial standards, software and courseware to consulting services. Thus, the trainee and/or user can be prepared and specifically trained with the EMCO machines and training systems, which can be freely combined with each other, ensuring that the seamless transfer of know-how into the production of the companies succeeds.
