Part collecting device

Standard parts catcher system to unload the components from the main or counter spindle into a standard part box or to the conveyor belt.Pneumatically operated.

Chip conveyer

Chain feeding system with a dump-height of 1200 mm, suitable for: long steel shavings, snarl and wool chips for dry and wet machining

Hydraulic tailstock

The workpiece is supported automatically by a hydraulically operated quill with a stroke of 120 mm.

High-pressure coolant pump

A high-pressure coolant pump with 10 bar assures a better cooling and a better chip fall.

Diverse clamping devices for tools

Among others 3 jaw turn chucks with 100 mm diameter, flanges, manual clamping jaws, soft top jaws, hard reversal jaws, collets and chucks are available.

Various tool holder packages

Radial holder, drilling holder, drilling bar holder, plugs, various collet holders are available both for stationary or for driven tools.

Finished part conveyor

Conveyor belt to transfer the finished parts out of the machine. (includes coolant tray). Can be installed instead of the finished part bin on the right side of the machine. This ensures a collision-free transfer of the parts. Show details Hide details

Integration into FMS or CIM systems trough DNC- and Robotic-Interface

The robotics interface can not only control the peripheral equipment (such as automatic door, vice, etc.) but also connect the machine to other machines or devices (e.g. loading and unloading robots). The DNC interface allows programs to be started from the master computer. Show details Hide details

Automatic door

Thanks to the pneumatic unit the machine door opens and closes automatically or by pressing the button. The monitoring of the door position is done via end switch. Show details Hide details

Einzigartig ist das Konzept der wechselbaren Steuerung, mit dem alle Concept-Maschinen ausgestattet werden können. Der Anwender wird dabei auf einer einzigen Maschine auf allen marktüblichen CNC-Industriesteuerungen geschult. Derzeit können bis zu neun verschiedene Steuerungen erlernt werden. Damit sind die CNC-Techniker flexibel einsetzbar.

Win3D-View ist eine 3-D-Simulation für Drehen und Fräsen, die als Option zusätzlich zum Produkt EMCO WinNC angeboten wird. Die Bildschirmdarstellung bei Win3D-View geht über den industriellen Standard hinaus. Realitätsnah werden Werkzeuge, Rohteil, Spannmittel und die Bearbeitungsfolge dargestellt. Die programmierten Verfahrwege des Werkzeuges werden vom System auf eine Kollision mit Spannmitteln und Rohteil überprüft.
