Parts catcher

Pneumatically operated parts catcher for the gentle unloading of the finished parts. The finished parts fall into a collecting box below the main spindle.

Chip conveyer

Chain feeding system with a dump-height of 1200 mm, suitable for: long steel shavings, snarl and wool chips for dry and wet machining

Pneumatic tailstock

The workpiece is supported automatically by a pneumatically operated quill with a stroke of 120 mm

High-pressure coolant pump

A high-pressure coolant pump with 10 bar assures a better cooling and a better chip fall.

Diverse clamping devices for tools

Among others 3 jaw turn chucks with 100 mm diameter, flanges, manual clamping jaws, soft top jaws, hard reversal jaws, collets and chucks are available.

Various tool holder packages

Radial holder, drilling holder, drilling bar holder, plugs, various collet holders are available both for stationary or for driven tools.

Electronic hand wheel

For moving the machine’s axes manually.


Finished part conveyor

Conveyor belt to transfer the finished parts out of the machine. (includes coolant reflow). Can be installed instead of the finished part bin on the right side of the machine. This ensures a collision-free transfer of the parts.

Integration into FMS and CIM systems

The robotics interface can not only control the periphal equipment (such as automatic door, vice, etc.) but also connect the machine to other machines or devices (e.g. loading and unloading robots). The DNC interface allows programs to be transferred and started from the master computer.

Automatic door

The chip protection door can be opened and closed program-controlled or by pressing a button via a pneumatic cylinder. The door position is monitored using limit switches.

The loading magazine for hollow clamps is particularly characterized by its compact footprint and ease of use.
