Even in its standard version, SmartAXLoad-TURN impresses with powerful components designed to ensure long autonomy:
Two-pallet system: The standard 2-blister system in the common Euro pallet format (1,200x800 mm) is interchangeable and forms the basis for extended unmanned operation of your CNC machine.
Robust use: The integrated industrial robot with a load capacity of 35 kg, which can be expanded, is capable of handling complex components. Robots with significantly higher load capacities are also available for specific applications.
Component weight: A fixed pneumatic gripper is designed for components weighing up to 16 kg, although the actual payload depends on the geometry and weight of the gripper.
Process optimisation thanks to optional extensions
The real highlight of EMCO's SmartAXLoad lies in its versatility. In addition to simple part handling, the robot cell can be expanded into a fully-fledged finishing station:
Gripper system: Maximise adaptability with a flexible gripper system with manual or fully automatic changeover. Additional gripper and gripper change systems are available as options.
