Rundtisch (4. Achse)

Als 4. Achse kann optional ein Rundtisch mit Ø 200 mm installiert werden. Der Verfahrweg ist CNC-gesteuert und kann mit jeder linearen Achse interpolieren. Somit ist eine maximale Flexibilität in der Teilefertigung gegeben.


Über eine Drehführung mit einer 20-, 25-, 60-bar-Hochdruckpumpe werden Spindel und Werkzeuge mit Kühlmittel versorgt.

Werkzeugmagazin mit 40 Werkzeugplätzen

Der Werkzeugwechsel erfolgt mit einem schnellen Zweiarm-Wechsler und Richtungslogik. Optional kann die Anzahl der Werkzeugplätze von 30 auf 40 erhöht werden.

Automatic workpiece measuring

The workpieces are automatically measured by an infrared measuring probe that is mounted on the main spindle. Measuring cycles take over the values.


Short-bar loader EMCO SL 1200

The EMCO short-bar loader SL 1200 is the perfect solution for the automatic reloading of pre-cut bars up to 1200 mm.

The adavantage: small footprint and short loading times through shorter strokes.

The control unit is perfectly adapted to the interface of the machine.
